This is a selection of some of my favourite paintings from my practice — not an archive, but a collection of works that feel particularly meaningful to me.
I studied Fine Art at Goldsmiths, University of London, graduating in 2016, before moving to Leipzig in 2017. Alongside working as a Kunstpädagogin with children, I developed my painting practice in my studio. My paintings often feature the Fly Bitch — a naked half-fly, half-human figure who moves through everyday situations. Her story has unfolded alongside my own, evolving from playful, carefree scenes through pregnancy and motherhood, where abstraction began to emerge more strongly in my work. Sometimes I simply follow the canvas, allowing abstract landscapes and forms to take over.
